ABOUT US

     First and foremost, I can say without a doubt that we both love the Lord unconditionally.  The number two represents unity and integrity.  When two of God’s chosen vessels, husband and wife become one in matrimony, then they must work together in every area of their lives to come into unison, but that is not always as easy as it sounds. 

     The success for that to happen comes as we become a threefold cord that is not easily broken! The reference of scripture is found in Ecclesiastes 4:12. When we allow the first cord to be God our creator, the second cord His word and third cord the husband and wife as one; nothing will be able to break that cord!

     We respect our individual gifts and talents and we have learned how to appreciate each other’s calling.  We understand that what we carry has been given to us by God and without Him we would be nothing.  We love to serve the people of God in whatever capacity He chooses to use us in.

     Elder Hodge is a wonderful teacher and organizer. He has a profound preaching voice as well.  Evangelist Hodge loves to exhort the Lord as she councils with many and allow her gift of prophecy to be used accordingly.  We enjoy and share in the gift of hospitality.  We are learning more everyday to become a unit of one and come into total agreement with the Lord and as we continue to walk this path God will give direction and clarity while on this journey to fulfill His purpose in our lives.
